The first new addition to the Levski squad is already in Sofia. Today, flying from Houston on the airport arrived guard Marcus Hall.
Born on August, 6 1985 he can play both guard positions. In his high school he helds a career high 58 points and has a career average of 29.6. One interesting fact is that he ran 100 meters in 10.8 seconds.
In NCAA Hall played for University of Colorado. During the years he managed to become the court leader of the team playing eight times over 40 minutes in his final year. He is the 26th player in history to go over 1000 points for the university and finished fourth in total assists – 423.
This summer he played in Las Vegas Summer League for the team of New York Knicks and left good impressions there.
Now Hall is leaving USA to sign his first professional contract in Bulgaria for the team of Levski. He is coming to try help the team to be a key factor in the championship.
"I'm very happy that I'll be playing for Levski" said Hall. "I heard good things for the team from my agent. I have the ambition to show what I can do in the new season. This is my first year outside US and I hope to be able to do the best for a team like Levski."
It is expected that he will be in the stands tomorrow for the final game of Bulgarian national team against Serbia and from Tuesday to start training with his new teammates.
